- .eu Domain Registrations Ltd. will accept pre-registration
orders on a first come - first served basis, based on the order of receipt
that each pre-registration request is received by our e-mail server.
- When the .eu names are released officially, we will use its reasonable
commercial endeavours to ensure that each pre-registration request received
is processed to final registration at the earliest opportunity.
- You warrant that you have the right to apply for, register and use
the domain name (and that it in no way infringes the rights of any third
party). You agree to fully indemnify .eu Domain Registrations Ltd.
for any loss, damage, claim or expense of whatever nature that .eu
Domain Registrations Ltd. may suffer from any breach by you of this
warranty.
- After processing each request, and provided that such request is successful,
.eu Domain Registrations Ltd. will then issue an invoice to you
for 100€ (euro)(plus VAT) for each name (plus local (EU) registry fees
if applicable). Invoices will require payment within 14 days of the
date of issue, and you accept that the domain name requested may lapse
if .eu Domain Registrations Ltd. does not receive payment within
such time.
- .eu Domain Registrations Ltd. will not issue an invoice or
make any charge in respect of any unsuccessful registration requests.
- You accept that EU registry fees have not been determined at the time
of your pre-registration request, but confirm that you will accept full
responsibility of the payment of these by .eu Domain Registrations
Ltd. invoice (if registry fees are required).
- .eu Domain Registrations Ltd. cannot guarantee the successful
registration of any pre-registration orders for .eu domain names and
does not provide any warranties or give any undertakings regarding the
potential success of such registration requests. In particular, you
accept that there may be a number of registries worldwide that submit
requests for .eu domain names, and that whilst .eu Domain Registrations
Ltd. will use its reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that
your requests are processed at the earliest opportunity, .eu Domain
Registrations Ltd. cannot guarantee priority over such third party
registries.
- You accept that each name registered will be subject to the registry
terms and conditions then in force (including but not limited to the
payment of annual registry fees if applicable).
- The costs of registration include (where requested) temporary hosting
on .eu Domain Registrations Ltd. domain name servers, but do
not include any other services (such as e-mail services or Website hosting).
